Challenge
The objective of Panache was to better understand the path of visitors, but especially the possible blockages in the conversion tunnel. We conducted an analysis from different angles in order to take into account all the constants: SEO, UX, inbound. The mission involved the redesign of the site, and optimizations on the SEO part.

Branding
The Panache brand is strong, dynamic and lively. We played with this universe to animate the pages with bright colors, create pages rich in content and promote a high scroll rate. Avatars existed before our mission, we kept the idea of personifying Panache.

Web Design
UX analysis showed us that the average scroll rate on pages was poor, the content did not go to the point. We have reversed the verticality of the services, and completely revised the site map in order to facilitate navigation between pages. We then did a job of adapting all the other pages to the new layouts.

Webflow
The Panache site was on Webflow, and used features that penalized the weight of the pages. A large part of our work concerned upgrading the existing one with the latest web standards, and the creation of new pages with the most efficient functionalities. The objective of the mission was to obtain an A and to validate the Core Web Vitals.
SEO market share
Market share represents the number of clicks captured on all the queries placed.

Conversions
The number of interested prospects has increased by more than 20 times, in particular thanks to the addition of resources.
Traffic value
The traffic value corresponds to the number of clicks with an interesting CPC, an increase of 48% in 3 months.
